Set Crew

In essence, the set crew is responsible for creating and developing the setting the show is played in. Some of the examples of what the set crew could create would be something like a door, backdrop, staircase, platform, or scenery. Set crew is also responsible for running and changing the set pieces in between acts, which involves positioning set pieces differently, or moving them on or off the stage. In addition to what has already been mentioned, the crew also has to be ready and able to fix things quickly if something like a wheel or door breaks mid-production. What the set crew does is one of many important parts to make any show successful.
