VISAA Meet

The 2025 VISAA State Swimming and Diving Championships will be held at the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center in Stafford, VA (1600 Mine Rd, Stafford, VA 22554) on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday, February 13-15, 2025. 

For the Swimming portion of the competition, the schedule will be largely the same as in the past, with only a few minor changes to session start times:

• The weekend will start with a Thursday evening warm-ups in the competition pool at 4:00-7:30 PM.  PVI slot is TBD.

• The meet itself is across two days with the events from the 200 Medley Relay through 100 Fly on Friday and the events from 100 Free through the 400 Free Relay on Saturday.

• Preliminaries are in the mornings and Finals are at night

  • Prelim warm-ups will be 8:05-8:25 AM both days

  • Finals warm-up will be 4:00 – 5:15 PM on Friday and 3:45 – 4:50 PM on Saturday.

The VISAA is trying a very different schedule for Diving however:

• The girls Diving Prelims and Semi-Finals (the first eight (8) dives) will be done on Thursday evening. Warm-up at 4:00 PM, competition at 5:30 PM.

• The Boys Diving Prelims and Semi-Finals will be done on Friday afternoon between the two Swimming sessions.  Warm-ups at Noon, competition at 1:00 PM.

• The Girls Diving Finals (the final three (3) dives) will be the first event during the Friday night Swimming Finals.  Warm-up from 2:30 to 3:50 PM, short warm-up at 5:00 PM, competition at 5:50 PM after the senior parade.

• The Boys Diving Finals will be the first event during the Saturday night Swimming Finals.  Warm-up from 2:30 to 3:50 PM, competition at 5:15 PM.
