My name is Jaylin Brower, and I'm the head trainer and owner of Peak Performance. I'm a dedicated personal trainer with over 10 years of experience specializing in senior fitness and youth athletic development. My mission is to create a welcoming, motivating environment where people of all ages and abilities can train with purpose and confidence.
Whether I'm helping a senior regain mobility and independence, coaching a young athlete to reach their potential, or guiding someone through their first strength session, my approach is always centered on education, support, and long-term results. At Peak Performance, I take pride in meeting people where they are—and helping them get where they want to go.
