The Peak Academy Youth Boxing Program is a structured, non-contact boxing and mentorship program designed to help young people develop confidence, discipline, and physical fitness in a safe and supportive environment.
This program utilizes boxing as a tool to teach essential life skills—such as focus, self-control, respect, resilience, and accountability—while promoting healthy movement and positive habits. No prior boxing experience is required, and all skill levels are welcome.
Each class follows a consistent, age-appropriate structure to ensure safety, growth, and engagement:

Boxing Fundamentals
Footwork, stance, guard, punches, and basic combinations are taught through non-contact drills and pad work.
