Get Involved!

Would you like to be involved in helping to shape Purdue Global? The Student Advisory Board provides a forum for student representatives to discuss academic related issues and to provide recommendations concerning such issues to the Chief Academic Officer.

Student Advisory Board Requirements

  • Active students; undergraduate or graduate

  • At least 1 year until graduation

  • Approval from the Assistant Dean of Students of your school

  • Academic success in at least 2 terms at Purdue Global

  • Must be able to attend the monthly meetings

Students on the Student Advisory Board may be invited to join committees:

Academic Administrative Council

  • One undergraduate student

  • One graduate student

  • Must be able to attend the bi-weekly meeting

Assessment Advisory Committee

  • One undergraduate student

  • One graduate student

  • Must be able to attend the monthly meeting

Institutional Review Board

  • One graduate student

  • Expected to participate in monthly research reviews; time commitment of 2-4 hours per month

Library Advisory Committee

  • One student, any level

  • Must be able to attend the meeting held every other month
