Work Ethic Seal
Work Ethic Seal
Juniors and Seniors at PCHS are eligible to participate in the Work Ethic Seal Program which provides a special seal for their diploma at graduation. This seal signifies that the student has met a set of criteria that exemplifies employment skills valued by most employers. The criteria includes grades, behavior, attendance, and community service/school improvement/employment components. The specifics for each component are available in the guidance office. Applications can be picked up in February from the guidance office.

Ky Immunization Certificate
Physical (if coming from out of state)
Birth Certificate
Social Security Number
Custody/Guardianship Papers
Withdrawl from previous school with grades if applicable
Current Schedule and Transcript
