Registrations

Registration Procedure

• The first registration period will start on November 24th, at 20.00 CET and will end on December 7th 2025, at 23.59 CET. The fee for regular participants and Official Delegates will be 350€ (including VAT) and will cover participation in the congress's educational programme and social programme, meals, accommodation and transportation during the event (please consider that the transportation to Bydgoszcz  in not included in the price), for the event's purposes only.

• The second registration period will start on December  14th 2025, at 20.00 CET and will end on January 11th 2026, at 23.59 CET. The fee for regular participants and Official Delegates will be 375€ (including VAT) and will cover participation in the congress's educational programme and social programme, meals, accommodation and transportation during the event (please consider that the transportation to Bydgoszcz in not included in the price), for the event's purposes only.

• The registrations follow a first come-first serve system. That means that participants will be accepted based on a waiting list of the time of registration.

• There are 6 spots reserved for each country for the first 14 days of the 1st registration period (2% of total). After this period of time, the participants in the waiting list will be accepted based on the time of registration.

• Participants that registered during the 1st registration period, but got accepted during the 2nd, will pay the amount of fee of the 1st registration period. Only participants that also register during the 2nd registration period will be entitled to the respective fee.
