The registration fee covers participation in the educational and social programme, accommodation for 6 nights, three meals per day and transportation during the event.

No, you will need to cover the transportation costs to and from Bydgoszcz. During the event, we will take care of your transport within Bydgoszcz. You can check the section “Practical Information” to learn more about how to get to Bydgoszcz. 

You will not be charged any additional costs during the Congress! Nevertheless, it’s good to have some cash with you if you would like to buy snacks, drinks, souvenirs, EPSA or Congress merch, take part in a Raffle etc. All of the above-mentioned things are optional!
