Week 9: Te Whare Tapa Wha

We will be looking at the different aspects of Hauora, Taha Tinana (physical wellbeing), Taha Whānau (social wellbeing), Taha Hinengaro (mental and emotional wellbeing) and Taha Wairua (spiritual wellbeing).
