Lactic Turkey Sustainability Challenge

Children work in teams of four and race to checkpoints using their navigational skills to collect points. They can also complete sustainability themed challenges to earn extra points. Our teams always have a great day, even in the rain! Most importantly, these events also help foster a sense of kaitiakitanga for our Auckland regional parks.

There are 3 races throughout the year. Dates and venues for the 2018 events will be shown here once they are confirmed.

Term 1 - Friday 6th April at Muriwai Regional Park

Term 2 - Friday 31st August at Ambury Regional Park

Term 3 - Tuesday 30th November at Wenderholm Regional Park

Each team will need an adult shadow to participate with them. This person is responsible for coordinating and registering their team. For more information and to enter go to the Lactic Tukey website. All completed forms and payment should be sent to our parent coordinator, Mary Wadsworth.
