University Policy for Accreditation

In compliance with Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), Palawan State University will use and disclose appropriate information for the purposes of accreditation and quality assurance. Any requests for additional documents or clearance should be made through the Website Manager, in consultation with University Officials.

As an internal safeguard - the site, documents, evidences and other resources placed here are accessible through the use of a Palawan State University Corporate Email Account. Such account is made available after a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement has been provided to the PSU Working Committee.

Any unauthorized access and use of the accreditation files, including (but not limited to) the download and manipulation of the said data, shall be recorded, reported and will be subjected to whatever legal or disciplinary action as may be required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and other applicable laws and guidelines.
