JOAN O. KONG
Program Head, BEEd
Welcome to the Bachelor of Elementary Education Accreditation Portal.
As we embark on this endeavor of subjecting our BEEd program to this survey visit, I would like to acknowledge our accreditors who extend their time and effort in order to evaluate our program. Accreditation is not just to evaluate how prepared the institution is but establishing the quality of programs.
Indeed, we are in the process of establishing and recognizing the quality of our program. We never stop learning and innovating in order to improve the quality of instruction, research, extension and production. The pandemic did not stop us from striving for quality and excellence and did not hinder us from realizing the university’s vision and mission. It even created stronger ties among the faculty and staff, working as one and appreciating each one’s contribution in order to surpass all the challenges brought about by this endeavor.
We believe that through accreditation, we are protecting the interests of our students, their parents, the campus itself, and the potential employers of our dear students because through this, we ensure that our BEEd program has attained a level that meets or exceeds standards that were developed by the experts in the field, the AACCUP.
Thank you very much!
