For works with multiple authors, the first author shall be the applicant for the award.

Coursework that are not a requirement for graduation and have never been published in any form prior to submission

Students affiliated with the Faculty of Liberal Arts, PSU. Support is provided only for the presenter of the work.

3) Publication Support Grant for International Journal Articles for Students of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, PSU

Eligibility Criteria
Students enrolled in the Faculty of Liberal Arts, PSU
Eligibility of Submissions
Research or academic articles derived from a thesis, minor thesis, or coursework with co-authorship by faculty members from the Faculty of Liberal Arts
Must have obtained approval for the thesis or minor thesis proposal
Articles must be submitted for publication in international academic journals indexed in recognized international databases such as Scopus or Web of Science
Award Amount
Not exceeding 10,000 THB/grant
(Usable for expenses such as manuscript translation,
publication fees, etc.)

Tuition Fee
1) Tuition Fee Subsidy for Thai student/International student Graduate Students of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, PSU
(100% of the Tuition Fee)
Eligibility Criteria
Regular Graduate Students of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, PSU
Duration of Support – Doctoral Program: Not exceeding 3 academic years
Plan 1.1: Requires evidence of progress in thesis work
Plan 2.1: Requires a GPA of at least 3.50 and evidence of progress in thesis work
Duration of Support – Master's Program: Not exceeding 2 academic years
Plan A1: Requires evidence of progress in thesis work
Plan A2: Requires a GPA of at least 3.50 and evidence of progress in thesis work
Required Documents
Doctoral Degree:
Two reprints or letters of acceptance for publication in journals indexed in WoS (Q1–Q4) or Scopus (Q1–Q4)
Master’s Degree:
One reprint or letter of acceptance for publication in journals indexed in WoS (Q1–Q4) or Scopus (Q1–Q4)

Scholarship Value :
Doctoral Level: 30,000 Baht/grant
Master Level: 15,000 Baht/grant
Applicant Qualifications :
Be a student studying graduate with thesis-based plan.
must get the approved thesis proposal (GS2)
If receiving other research grants that support money for research will not be eligible to apply for research grants for the thesis. Except that the scholarship has been closed before applying for a research grant for the thesis.
Terms and Conditions :
1. The Graduate School will provide funds to awardees through their faculty.
2. must adhere to the Prince of Songkla University Announcement Re: Guidelines on Research Grant for Thesis of Graduate Studies Students
3. must present evidence of grant disbursement to the grantee's faculty within two fiscal years of receiving the award for verification.
4. In the event that no action is taken in accordance with the approved research project, no commitment is made in accordance with the provisions of the agreement, and the research project is terminated, the Graduate School has the right to suspend the grant and revoke full financing.
Method of Consideration :
1. Consider the research project proposal for the thesis.
2. The funding decision by the Graduate School is considered final without any appeal.
