Program philosophy
Under the philosophy of progressivism, the program aims to produce graduates with English language competence in applied studies, aligned with the principles of outcome-based education. This program addresses learners' needs, enabling them to communicate and analyze English in academic and professional contexts based on an understanding of the nature of language, its use, learning, and an awareness of social and cultural differences. Graduates should also be able to apply contemporary English language theories through research and the application of these theories to propose ethical and practical approaches to work, in keeping with the royal aspiration of His Royal Highness Prince Mahidol Adulyadej, "Our Soul is for the Benefit of Mankind." The program’s academic track aims to develop learners' capacity to develop, conduct, and present research findings in academic circles. The program’s professional track focuses on developing learners' ability to propose solutions to issues related to language use in professional practice.

Note: *Proficient means not lower than CEFR B2+ which includes:
1) IELTS score of at least 6.0
2) TOEFL ITP score of at least 547
3) TOEFL iBT score of at least 78
4) PSU-TEP score of at least 85% for every skill.
