Program philosophy
The program aims to produce doctoral graduates by organizing learning according to the developmentalist approach, which will provide them with morality, holistic knowledge and understanding of humanity and society, expertise in creating new knowledge within a multicultural social context, and the ability to apply this knowledge to develop themselves, their communities, and society.
Program Objectives
To produce doctoral graduates who can generate new knowledge in human and social development and apply it to the development of themselves, their communities, and society within a multicultural social context.
Produce doctoral graduates who are able to employ research processes to generate new knowledge for human and social development.
Produce doctoral graduates who are able to provide guidance on academic integrity and ethics in human and social development within a multicultural social context.
Produce doctoral graduates who are able to demonstrate leadership in human and social development, considering the public interest within a multicultural social context.

Expected Learning Outcomes (PLOs)
PLO 1 - Doctoral graduates will be able to accurately synthesize theoretical concepts of holistic human and social development within a multicultural social context.
PLO 2 - Doctoral graduates will be able to generate new knowledge to address issues in human and social development through research processes.
PLO 3 - Doctoral graduates will be able to use digital technology to search for, analyze, synthesize, and present information.
PLO 4 - Doctoral graduates will be able to provide guidance on academic integrity and ethics to others.
PLO 5 - Doctoral graduates will demonstrate leadership behaviors when collaborating with communities, taking into account the public interest.
