To be a dynamic and united community of mechanical engineers in Palawan, recognized for professional excellence, ethical practice, and active participation in the sustainable development of the province and the nation.

The PSME Palawan Chapter is committed to promoting professional growth through continuous learning, skills enhancement, and technical advancement; upholding ethical and competent practice in all fields of mechanical engineering; fostering camaraderie and collaboration among members to strengthen the engineering community in Palawan; engaging in social and environmental initiatives that contribute to community welfare and sustainable development; and supporting the objectives of the national PSME organization in advancing the mechanical engineering profession across the country.
