The School Day
This term, school starts for Atlantic and Pacific Class at 8.45 am and finishes at 3.15 pm.
Arriving at school
Atlantic children are to enter the school via Nursery Corridor. A member of staff will be there to greet you as you come in the morning. We ask for the children to wait for an adult to be at the door before they enter. If you have any messages for the teacher, please inform the adult on the door and they will pass on.
Pacific will can enter the classroom via the steps and the fire exit.
Lunchtime
At lunchtime (12 pm), Year 5 go straight out into the playground. At 12:25 pm, children with sandwiches go to the New Hall to eat. At 12:40 pm, dinners go to the Old Hall. KS2 children are required to know what they are having prior to having dinner.
Daily Snack
In Year 5, children are encouraged to bring in a healthy snack to eat at playtime.
Home-time
At the end of the day, you can collect your child from the Old Hall blue doors (Atlantic) or outside Pacific Classroom where a member of staff will be there to dismiss them. Permission to walk home must be given by a parent or carer to the School Office. Please let the School Office know if you need to make changes to your regular pick up arrangement.
