This is a section for community project work done using the Design Thinking process.
Design Thinking is a course that utilizes the design thinking process- Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test- to tackle real-world projects in the community. A class that teaches students how to apply the design thinking process, collaborate efficiently, and learn more about themselves (and grow) in a healthy learning environment.

I took this course because it interested me. In all honesty, I was expecting it to be out of my comfort zone to the point where I'd want to opt-out or be confused during the whole course. To my surprise, it was the exact opposite. I was looking for a sort of challenge, and I definitely received it by taking this course.
My goals as a learner and design thinker were really just to improve both as a person and as a leader. I usually take up leadership roles in groups, so refining this skill is only necessary. I aim to improve myself in this field by applying the design thinking process and collaboration skills I learn in this class elsewhere.
