The Poudre FFA is excited to have their annual fundraiser this year! We are excited about the food change!! Please join us for a great dinner of Pulled Pork/Brisket as well as our traditional live auction and silent auction. This year the event is being held on February 21st, 2025.
Tickets are currently for sale! Contact a FFA member or FFA advisor if you have questions.
Click HERE to pre-register for your bidder number. You can always register at the door, but by pre-registering, you can skip the long registration line and use the pre-registration line.
Student attendance
All FFA members are required to be there.
All members need to be in the gym by 4 p.m. in official dress requirements.
All members must actively work their stations throughout the night.
All members must stay through clean up to receive credit for attending the event.
Ticket Sales
All members are encouraged to sell tickets to the event to ensure we have people there.
Star members must sell 10 tickets to complete their level.
Gold members must sell five tickets to complete their level.
Everyone attending will need a ticket to enter and eat, with the exception of members working the event and children 5 and under.
All ticket money and unsold tickets need to be returned to advisors by 4 p.m. on February 14th.
Tickets will be sold at the door.
Official Dress
All members need to attend wearing minimal official dress.
Black Shoes that are close-toed and heels
Black Slacks/Jeans
Knee-length or longer black skirt with black nylons
No boots with skirts
Sold white button-up shirt
If members have a FFA jacket with a scarf or tie, they also need to it.
Hint… The best place to find official dress is second hand stores.
Auction Item Donations and Sponsors
All auction item donations and Monetary Sponsors need to be to Mrs. Nelson before the end of the day on February 8th. This is to allow for banners to be purchased to showcase sponsors.
Banners are given for all people and companies for donated items and to sponsors.

Different levels also get free Oyster Fry Tickets.
Sponsor items for the auctions can include just about anything you can think of.
Pre Registration and Payment
Anyone who purchases a lot in the silent or live auction needs to be registered for a bidder number.
You can register the night of the event or use the pre registration form to skip the long lines.

All payment is due the night of the event. We will take cash, check and card. There will be a 3.3% credit card processing fee.
Dessert Sign Up
Members can sign up to bring in cookies for the event to help reach their FFA requirements.

Food
Dinner will be served from 5pm-7pm.
Pulled Pork/Brisket, Salad, Corn and Cookies will be served.
Member Auction
FFA members can also choose to donate 8 hours of work to the chapter so that the chapter can auction their labor during the member auction.

Members are sold in pairs so they can work together. If you don’t have a partner it is ok, still sign up and we will find you a partner.
Member Level Requirements
Member levels are tied to student grades. Attendance at the event is also tied to the student's grade.
