Tests are similar to the homework and study guides that students are given in class. Students are expected to complete all the practice to practice and prepare for assessments.
But sometimes just doing the homework and study guide isn't enough. Now what?!
Check your answers - make sure you've practiced correctly! It's important to stay on top of your homework so you can check your work in class the next day.
Redo the problems - once you're confident your answers are correct, print a clean copy of the practice or use a separate piece of paper to work the problems again without your notes. (Ideally, simulate a testing environment with no phones, notes, or other distractions, and set a timer.)
Grade yourself - use your completed homework/study guide to grade yourself. What do you still need to work on?
Review your notes - use your notes to help you with the problems you struggled on.
Repeat until you feel confident!
