Welcome to my Humanities class! We hope to learn about the Middle Ages...which will be quite ambitious. It should be an interesting six weeks. This is about the civilizations that came after the ancient civilizations. We will learn about the Byzantine Empire and the Muslim Empire, Europe and Charlemagne, feudalism, Manorialism, castles, the Crusades, and how it all ended with the Black Death...great...another pandemic. All in all, I am looking forward to sharing the experience and seeing you all in class.
