These lessons can be used if I am absent, or on Fridays or anytime you wish to do an extra PE lesson!
Have fun. I can't wait to hear from you.

Find a project for 3rd, 4th and 5th graders by clicking on the link below or by navigating to your grade as listed above.
I liked the project so much that I have already completed the time capsule activities. I plan to look at my answers later this year in health class. Get to it, complete your time capsule by the middle of October and then tuck them away. We will look at them in May 2021 in Health class at Beattie.
Help everyone stay healthy with social distancing. Stand 6 feet from your family and keep your hands in your own personal space.
Game Set-Up
• Stand 6 feet across from a partner.
Game Instructions:
• The object of Balance Pose game is to win as many balancing matches as you can while holding different balance poses.
• On the start signal, choose a balance pose. Players hold the pose as long as they can. The winner is the one who balances the longest. It’s okay if you and your partner choose different poses to begin the game.
• For the next match, the player who wins gets to choose the pose that both players will hold while playing. Continue until you hear the stop signal.
Have fun!
Anytime you like: Have a freeze dance party everyone! Put on your favorite music (select 3 or more songs) and dance. Stop the music 3 times during each song and chose a stretch to hold. Think about the stretching exercises that you do in every PE class. Hold that stretch for at least 10 seconds. Put the music back on and dance. Repeat your freeze dance party for at least three songs - you will probably want to do more!
