Naviance is the web-based program PSD202 utilizes to help students with career research, as well as, academic and college planning. This includes the sending of transcripts and letters of recommendation.

How do I log-In?
1. Open the Plainfield Central Website on Chrome
2. Under the QuickLinks tab select Naviance for Current Students
3. Click Student
4. Click Log in with Active Directory
*If at any point you are instructed to search for your school enter the zip code 60544 or enter Plainfield Central High School.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is the form you need to fill out to get any financial aid from the federal government to help pay for college. Furthermore, many states and colleges also use the FAFSA to determine which students are eligible for financial aid—and how much they receive.
**Completion of the FAFSA or the FAFSA Opt out form (for students not planning on attending a College or University upon graduating from high school) is a graduation requirement for all students!
Scholarships
Scholarships
Scholarships are awarded in 3 ways: through the local and community resources, through the college or university, and through national websites. Many schools award scholarships based upon acceptance into the college. National scholarships can be located using the following websites: goingmerry.com, finaid.org, salliemae.org, etc.
Local and community scholarships are available through Naviance and typically are posted after November. It is recommended that students check Naviance on a routine basis for updated scholarship opportunities, once a new scholarship is posted on Naviance, Mrs. Witry will send out the information via email.
