Collect household items like couch pillows ,empty paper towel rolls or toilet paper rolls, a bouncy ball, flashcards, a kitchen spoon or ladle, kitchen tongs, a bucket or other large cup, pillows, a sheet or blanket, alphabet magnets, coins, dice, marbles , or whatever you would like to create an obstacle course. Weather permitting, you can also do the obstacle course outside. Have stations with tasks to accomplish, like hula hooping for 60 seconds or doing 50 jumping jacks. Be creative!
Map out some space for your course—it doesn’t have to be a lot! Use a piece of tape, or a piece of yarn, at the starting line and your finish line.
Here are a few ideas to get you started on building an indoor obstacle course
Crawl under or over a row of chairs.
Crawl under a string stretched between two chair legs.
Jump into and out of a Hula-Hoop five times.
Walk on a balance board.
Run while balancing a beanbag or book on your head.
Somersault from one point to another.
Do a handstand.
Skip in place while reciting your favorite song.
Do you love to dance!?! It's a great way to exercise and have fun at the same time! You can use free YouTube videos to teach yourselves simple dance moves. I've attached one to get you started. You think you got moves..... LET'S DANCE!
Grab a sheet, whatever food you have, and enjoy a living room picnic (without the ants). You can even play a memory game at the same time if you have some guests: “I’m going to a picnic and I’m bringing…” Each person takes turns remembering (in order) what everyone is bringing and then adds one thing each turn.
The word “yoga” means “union” in Sanskrit, the ancient language of India. Quite simply, yoga is the “union” or coming together of mind (thoughts and feelings) and physical body. The beauty of yoga is that you can practice alone, with a friend or with a group. Here are some benefits to doing yoga:

Why not create memories while you are in quarantine with your family. This activity is really easy and you will always have it to reflect on the time you all spent together. All you need is colored paper, scissors, glue stick and markers. You can also add any other crafts you have laying around the house.
Everyone pick a different color piece of paper.
Trace your hand and cut out.
Make sure to write your name or initials on the thumb.
Place the cut out hands on a large piece of paper. Bigger hands first. Once you get the hands placed the way you want them, use the glue sticks to keep them together. (see pic)
Don't forget to title your Handprint Keepsake and date it so you will always remember when it was made.
Put your Family Handprint Keepsake in a frame, photo album or on the wall in your room.

A writing prompt is a topic around which you start jotting ideas down. It can be a single word, a short phrase or even a complete paragraph. The idea is that you have something to focus on as you write.
Grab a sheet of paper and jot down what comes to mind about the following prompts:
What do you want to do the most this summer?
Do you miss going to school in the summer?
What are your favorite things to do outside in the summer?
If you could go on vacation anywhere this summer where would it be?
Would you rather go swimming in a pool or in the ocean?
Who are you most excite to spend time with this summer?
Are you more likely to be found playing indoors or outdoors in the summer?
Do you prefer Ice Cream or Popsicle's?
What is your favorite amusement park to go to?
Do you like catch fireflies?
It doesn't matter if you have an official karaoke machine or not. All that matters is you can hit the high notes when it counts. So, what's your go-to song?
