SAME DAY ORDER MODIFICATION

Here are the instructions customer calls and asked to update an order (size, color, shade).

1. In the notes section, click the edit button.

2. Put the template:

   • "Please send (*Product variant that needs to be shipped*)"

   • Do not delete the customer IP

   • Example:

     • "Please send Comfort Rose Bra Nude / D / 40"

   • If multiple orders need to be modified, make sure to specify in the notes.
