PHH require the highest standards of cleaning at our properties and as such pay the highest rates in the industry for your services.
We expect you to be more than a cleaner, we expect you to be a housekeeper and to look after the property and to take pride in it. Our owners put a lot of time and effort into making their properties wonderful homes for our guests.
Guest Feedback
In the event that we receive feedback from a guest regarding cleaning, this will be forwarded to you via email.
Warnings
Our team reviews all cleaning feedback and if found to be serious the feedback may result in a formal warning. This includes not completing cleans on departure days. If for some reason you are unable to complete a clean on departure day, please notify the office as we will assign the clean to another housekeeper.
We operate on a "two strikes and out" policy:
Initial warning. You will receive an email and text regarding your performance
You will be notified of termination of your service.
