The enrolling adult must email a copy of their photo ID, Student Name, and Date of Birth to susan.acedo@cobbk12.org. The enrolling adult should also include what school or organization will be contacting us for records.
Parent will receive withdraw confirmation.
Official academic records are only sent to the new school directly, once the school has official requested records via fax 770-578-3282 or via email at wheelerenrollment@cobbk12.org. We will be in periodically throughout the summer to send the records. If there are immediate concerns, please contact our secretary in the front office 770-578-3266 and she will direct you to someone to speak with.

Update your address by selecting "Change My Information" in My Account
Then you will "Modify Home Address"
Then you will need to upload a Current Lease or Deed and a current utility bill
Contact Susan.Acedo@cobbk12.org to confirm address change.
She can contact the new school with your records. If a transcript is needed from the new Cobb school for any reason, please have the new high school officially request any record directly to Mrs. Megan Fanoe or Mrs. Susan Acedo.
