Parent should login to ParentVue – we recommend using a browser (with pop-up blocker disabled) rather than the app
In the left-hand menu, select “Student Information”, then “Update Address/Contacts/Family Info”. This will open a new tab.
In the new tab’s left-hand menu, select “Address”, then the “Edit Information” button
Search for your new address using the “Change My Address” button
Select your address from the search, or use the “Add New Address” button to add your address to our system
Then you will need to upload a current lease/deed/mortgage statement and a current utility bill
Once the move is submitted, contact your previous school to approve the address change
Contact WheelerEnrollment@cobbk12.org to confirm enrollment and set a start date

YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS STEP BEFORE AN ENROLLMENT CALL CAN BE SCHEDULED.
You will first create a Parent Account that will become your ParentVue account. Please keep track of your username and password for future use. After creating the parent account, then you will need to create a registration for each student separately.
Important note: the person that fills out and signs the online documents will become the 'enrolling adult' for your student. This person must be the parent, legal guardian, or eligible for kinship/caregiver status.
You will need to have ALL required documents scanned and ready to upload (see list below). The registration can be saved for later if you need to come back to it, but it cannot be processed until it is fully submitted.
The following documents are required of all students prior to being enrolled in the Cobb County School District and Wheeler High School:
Two Proofs of Residency (must reflect enrolling adult's name and current address):
o The current, not expired, signed lease OR current mortgage document (dated within 1 month);
o A current utility bill (gas, electric, water, or garbage; dated within 1 month)
Proof of birth (birth certificate, passport, etc.)
Social Security Card
Certificate of Immunization--Georgia Form 3231
Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental and Nutritional Screening--Georgia Form 3300
Withdrawal Form or Report Card/Transcript from previous school
Along with the online registration, please complete the Wheeler Enrollment Packet and submit by email to WheelerEnrollment@cobbk12.org. Additional forms may be required depending on your individual situation.
Official records will be requested from your prior school. Please note: if you do not have a transcript or proof of class completion, your student will be placed in 9th grade-level classes until proof of grade level and class completion is received. Incoming 9th grade students must have proof of promotion.
