New Student Registration

Enrollment for 2018 -2019 School Year will begin March 21st

Our Counseling Office accepts new student registration/enrollment from

Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.


There are FIVE (5) main documents required of ALL students prior to being enrolled in the District. To help ensure that the enrollment process for your child goes as smoothly as possible, please refer to the following items:

2 Proofs of Residency

*Home owner title/ lease or rental agreement*

AND

*Current utility monthly statement*

Certificate of Immunization

Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental and Nutritional Screening

Proof of Birth

Social Security Number


Other Documents we may need:

Valid Transcript and a withdrawal form
