Arrival Time & Parking

Check-In Process for the Music Fest Performance at the Tobin Center

All performers will need to check in once they arrive. Performers should plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled recital time.

Performers will be directed backstage and will remain there until their turn to perform in the recital. Teachers will be on hand to direct students where they need to go. After the students perform they will sit in the audience in a designated area near the front.

Guests will be directed to the theater.

*Please note the recommended arrival time does not include parking and walking to the theater. Please plan accordingly.
