Whilst you are in isolation with your family there are a number of activities you can do to improve your skills in different sports. See some of the links below and try a few for yourself.
Challenge someone in your family to the paper bin challenge. Or you can always use a slightly larger bin and do your challenge in the garden with a tennis ball if you have one.
If you have a racket at home try some of these tennis drills to improve your skills. This is a fun way to improve your coordination and keep control of the tennis ball.
