We hope you're all doing alright!


We understand that everyone will be missing the PE/Sport that they take part in on a daily basis with us in school. We are here to give you some ideas of things you can do while you are at home that will benefit your health and well-being. It is very difficult right now as we cannot do any team sports so we will try and help with some general health and fitness ideas.


All of the content on this page will be suitable for all year groups and abilities to help keep you active during this period of isolation. Some ideas to get you started are available from the drop down menu at the top of the page. These involve:

  • The workouts with Joe Wicks (The Body Coach) on Youtube to get yourself active with some simple exercises.

  • Some fitness challenges to keep you fit whilst at home.

  • Yoga tutorials via Youtube to loosen your muscles and relax your mind.

  • Skill based challenges that you can try at home.


For those who wish to take Sport as an option in the future, we will post some different activities based around the human body to boost your knowledge in this area in the 'Human Body' section from the drop down menu at top of the page.
