Concert Band

The Bishop Smith Catholic High School Band rehearses on Tuesdays and Thursdays at lunch from 11:10 - 11:40am. They perform music both within the school and the community. This band will compete at the Pembroke Kiwanis Music Festival as well as perform at the Canada's Wonderland Festival of Music. You need at least one semester of playing experience (or private instruction outside of school) and have a strong commitment to attending rehearsals. This ensemble is open for students from grades 9 - 12 and their repertoire consists of traditional band pieces as well as popular songs transcribed for band.
