The Bias Description Form is used to communicate any form of discrimination or misconduct motivated by hatred or prejudice that demeans, degrades, or harasses an individual or group based on factors including (but not limited to) race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, or physical or mental disability.

Upon filling out the Bias Description Form, you will be contacted within 48 hours to address your concern. Incidents of bias will be reviewed during business hours (Monday-Thursday from 9am-6pm and Friday from 9am-2pm).
The Bias Response Team will convene to review and respond to the reported incident as soon as possible but no later than one week after receiving the form. The Team will assess the situation and determine the appropriate measures to be taken, confirming your consent before taking any action.
Such measures may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Making a record of the incident
Communicating the incident to the Barcelona community
Pursuing the appropriate action through the student conduct or employment process
Referring the matter to the relevant office for appropriate action
Offering conflict resolution options
Reporting to appropriate internal departments and outside agencies
Providing education and programming
If you believe a person poses an immediate danger to themselves or others, or there is an imminent threat, call 112 (Spanish emergency phone) and then call the program's 24 hour emergency phone (+34 675 235 656).

The OND is the Oficina per a la No Discriminació (Office for Non Discrimination), an organization within Barcelona's City Hall. It offers assistance to anyone that has suffered discrimination and wants to report it. Their hours and how to contact them can be found here.
The SAiD is the Servei d'Atenció i Denúncia per a Víctimes de Racisme, a service offering counseling and assistance in reporting crimes or racist offenses.
The Observatori contra L'GBTIphobia (Catalan Observatory Against LGBTI-Phobia) offers support, counseling, and resources for victims of crimes related to LGBTQ+phobia.
