Day 14
Today was Elsa’s and my last day in the clinic. Our main job today was getting our presentation made and set up. It took a while to figure out the orientation, but Diane helped us decide on having key body parts listed out and then going into detail on the different injuries we saw during our time at Ragged under each section and how we treated them. I printed out a bunch of the images from our blog posts, and we cut them out and taped/glued them on. Elsa has better handwriting, so I let her take the reins on the designing part. Overall, it was a lot of fun, and we worked very hard in a short period of time. I think this is the best trifold/presentation prop I have ever worked on just because of the sheer amount of thought and detail that went into it. During some of the building process, I also helped a student recovering from a compression fracture work on core-strengthening exercises on a Bosu ball. I believe Elsa and I are going to crush it tomorrow!
