As our history topic came to a close, we made a trip to Armley Mills to find out all about the roles children took on in mills and factories during the Victorian Era.
We learned about how tough life could be and how different it was to today's experiences of chilhood.
William Morris Repeating Patterns
We have been learning all about Victorian artis William Morris this term. We looked at how he developed aritisic ideas such as repeating partterns to offer solutions for decorating the home. We used a special setof instructions to help us create our our repeating patten tiles.
