Guides

First time visiting? We strongly recommend reviewing software guides beforehand. Sessions are 45 minutes, so it’s best to spend your time exploring the software rather than covering the basics.

Guides typically take a few minutes to finish reviewing, and typically contain a combination of text and videos. Reading the guides isn’t meant to be burdensome, so take it at your own pace - however, the more prepared you are, the more you can explore!

Which guide should I review?

If you are new to VR (specifically the Meta Quest 3 headset), checkout VR for Beginners.

If you are using Ovation for the first time, checkout Ovation. This guide goes over activating your account, importing slides/notes/etc., accessing feedback reports, controls, and how to use the application.

If you are using VirtualSpeech for the first time, checkout VirtualSpeech. This guide goes over logging in, importing slides/notes/resumes/etc., accessing feedback reports, and suggested modules to explore based on your needs.
