FORENSIC SCIENCE
In this Forensic Science elective, students will step into the world of crime scene investigation and scientific inquiry. They will explore how forensic science is used to solve mysteries by examining evidence such as fingerprints, fibres, footprints, handwriting, and DNA. Through hands-on experiments, case studies, and mock crime scenes, students will apply skills in observation, analysis, and critical thinking. They will also learn about the ethical and legal implications of forensic work and how science contributes to justice. This elective combines elements of biology, chemistry, physics, and psychology, offering an engaging, real-world context for scientific exploration.
SEMESTER TWO 2026
Our STEAM elective invites students to explore the exciting intersections of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics through hands-on, inquiry-based learning. This dynamic course encourages creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving as students engage in real-world challenges and design innovative solutions. Whether building prototypes, coding interactive media, or applying artistic thinking to scientific problems, students will develop transferable skills in critical thinking, communication, and project management. The STEAM elective nurtures curiosity and confidence, preparing learners for future pathways in both academic and industry settings.
