How Does It Work?
This page provides all the key information you will need to complete your subject selection. You’ll find step-by-step instructions on how to access your subject selection form, how to complete and return the form by the due date, and how to express your interest in VET courses if applicable. It also includes guidance on who to speak to if you need help making decisions. Please make sure to read everything carefully so you are ready to take the next step in planning your learning pathway.

Please note you will need to be logged in to your Preshil STUDENT Gmail account to access complete the form. Please ensure you select your correct current year level as each year level form is different.

Vet Expression of Interest
To apply for a VET in Schools Vocational course students will need to complete an EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FORM before Monday 24 August 2026 to participate in round one. Expressions of interest are not a guaranteed enrolment. Places are subject to availabilty at the individual institutions. Students can apply to attend these courses in years 10, 11 and or 12.

CHANGING SUBJECTS OR PROGRAMS PROCESS
This form is to be used for the change of Subject or Class approval process. Vertical electives should only be changed in the first 2 weeks of a semester.
Note for Change of Programs approval process. Students must meet all components set out in the form to be considered for approval to change.
NOTE: For VCE, VCE VM & IB this process is also subject to consultation and according to the Victorian Curriculum & Assessment Authority (VCAA) permissions, credit applications, subject availability and program deadlines only.
