Dear parents:
I realized that I was taking too long, evaluating websites and recommending specific ones. This does not serve you well, not getting resources to you in a timely manner; many of you are also probably more adept at online research than I am. Thus, I've decided to hand over the remainder of the list to you.
Please note that, with a very few exceptions, I have not visited these websites! That means that my previous caution—to evaluate websites for yourselves, before allowing your children to use them—goes double here! In the end, only you can decide what is useful and suitable for your family.
Most of these sites, judging by the descriptions here, are applicable to school-aged children. I have roughly categorized them by the descriptions given to me, just to bring a bit of order to a long list.
Happy hunting!
