I have mixed feelings about the following site. It consists of hundreds and hundreds of "pages" to "color"—basically by selecting areas of the digital drawings, clicking on them, and selecting colors to fill them.
It has some content I'd rather not be there, eg a collection of coloring pages of mixed martial artists(!), some of helicopters (which generally seem to be war machines), silly hybrid animals and real animals doing circus tricks (which is not how I personally want kids seeing animals).
It also has lots of pages of real animals in their habitats—a great way for children to familiarize themselves with the diversity of life. And it has a fabulous collection of (simplified drawings of) hundreds of famous paintings for children to "color"—though I will warn you that some of these contain nudes. (This is art history, after all, and the naked human body has always been a favorite subject.) There's nothing terribly explicit, that I saw, but still…I wanted to warn you.
So, as with all of these sites, visit it yourselves first, explore it a bit, before you decide whether you want to make it available to your children.
One way to use this site is for you to select particular "pages" and print out hard copies, for the children to actually color, with actual art materials. (There is a print option, at the bottom of each "page".)
I expect to be adding additional art sites to these resources.
