Important Dates:
March 12th! Forecasting choices DUE!
Virtual Q&A sessions: February 23rd, March 2nd and March 9th! All at 6-7pm.
Here are a couple of important things to remember:
Students who are in Spanish 1-2 and will be earning high school credit, should be selecting Spanish 3-4 during 9th grade. If students are in a Spanish Immersion program (or are native Spanish speakers) they should be selecting Lengua y Literatura 5-6.
World Language is not an elective, PPS requires two years of the same world language as a graduation requirement. Please encourage all students to select one of the two languages that RHS offers (Japanese 1-2 or Spanish 1-2) during 9th grade. This will allow students to be able to continue advancing in that language as they progress through high school.
Students should only forecast for Geometry if they are earning high school credit for Compacted Math (Alg 1-2), otherwise Ag 1-2 is the required 9th grade math class.
We'll be hosting three Q&A sessions starting at the end of the month.
