City Launches COVID-19 Household Assistance Program: The City of Portland has created the Portland COVID-19 Household Assistance Program (CVHAP) to assist households experiencing a loss of income or increased health risks/needs due to COVID-19. Click here for more information and application. To qualify a household's income must be below 80% median income and need assistance. The application will open Tuesday, October 27 at 9am, and Friday, October 30 at 1pm. The first 1400 applicants will be awarded $500 Visa Cards.

Oregon Helpers Wellness Initiative: Support for providers and other frontline workers that focuses on self-care and finding a healthy work-life balance. We offer daily drop-in Virtual Wellness Rooms Mon-Fri and ongoing Wellness Cohorts of groups with similar backgrounds or occupational fields.
Racial Equity Support Line: 503-575-3764. Available weekdays from 9am-5pm. The Racial Equity Support Line is a service led and staffed primarily by people of color, designed to support those who are feeling the daily impacts of racist violence and microaggressions, as well as struggles with immigration and other cross-cultural issues.
Food Box Resources for BIPOC families from the Oregon Family Support Network: OFSN has received a grant from OHA’s COVID-19 Federal Corona Virus Relief Funds to help support families with food security, through the delivery of food boxes and essential care kits in BIPOC communities around the state. The purpose of the grant is to provide food and basic supplies to support Latinx, Black/African American, and Indigenous/Native American families to promote better health and increased protection from the novel COVID-19 Coronavirus.
