Job-alike Mileage
Information sent to principals:
All Principal signed & approved mileage reimbursement requests for Job-alike travel ONLY are to be sent to Joyce Letcher @ Rice for attendance verification and payment information. Insurance information is to be sent to Risk Management at BESC.
Mileage authorization forms can be found following this link: http://inside.pps.k12.or.us/forms/business/24.pdf. The school chart field will be the default to be added to the Risk Management form. After attendance verification, the Curriculum chart field will be added to individual mileage forms to override the school account for Job-alike travel only.
