I am incredibly happy to be part of the Robert Gray Middle School community! While I am new to Robert Gray, I have already felt so welcomed by the teachers, staff, and administrators. It is clear that everyone here truly cares about our students and is dedicated to helping them grow, learn, and achieve excellence.

I enjoy being a school counselor and having the opportunity to support students during such an important stage of their lives. The middle school years are full of transitions as students grow from children into teenagers, discovering who they are, and learning how they relate to the world around them. These years can sometimes be challenging, but they can also be exciting and joyful, and I feel grateful to be able to walk alongside students during this journey.

Originally, I am from New York City. My partner and I made our way to Portland because we were drawn to the beautiful green spaces and the incredible access to the outdoors. Outside of work, I enjoy strength training, spending time outdoors, and learning new things. I am a curious person at heart and love exploring new ideas and experiences.

I also love talking about food, cooking, and experimenting to see what flavors taste great together. One of my favorite places to travel is Mexico, where I have many family members. I always enjoy spending time with family, experiencing the culture, and, of course, enjoying the amazing food!

I am excited to get to know the Robert Gray community and look forward to connecting with students, families, and staff throughout the school year!
