PPS's Recovery, Education & Action for Healthy Living (REAHL):
REAHL is Portland Public Schools dual-diagnosis continuum of care to support students facing substance use and mental health challenges. REAHL consists of four main components: Prevention, Intervention, Treatment, and Recovery.
