Hear from Students

Although we at Beaumont think it is important to take action in response to the continued violence perpetrated against Black and Brown men and women and the historic and institutional racism that continues to weaken the very fabric or our country and both the ideals upon which it was founded and the progress that so many have fought for, we also know that it is important to listen—especially to our students.

History shows us it is the young who both fight for freedom and demand action in ways that previous generations never thought possible. So what is it that our students are saying and feeling? What is it that they know? Well, during our last week of the 2020-2021 school year, we asked our students to share their thoughts with us.

Please, take some time to see what they have said and then think about what it is that each of us can do to be a part of making real progress.
