Reach Out Oregon has launched a state-wide "warmline" for parents, guardians and other caregivers, designed to support care for youth with emotional, behavioral, or mental health needs. Call or text1-833-REACH-OR / 1-833-732-2467 Monday to Friday from 12-7 pm (except holidays)
The National Parent Helpline offers emotional support to parents and caregivers with the goal of helping you feel more empowered as caregivers. For support, call 1-855-427-2746 any time.
NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, offers different types of support groups-- some for partners, some for parents, and some for whole families. All of the groups in Multnomah County are held virtually through Zoom. To register, call (503) 228-5692.
Neighborhood House offers a robust parenting support program that includes supports such as parenting groups, home visits, school transition services, book and toy programs, and much more.
