Racial Equity Support Line

Staffed by people with lived experiences of racism, they offer support to people feeling the emotional impacts of racist violence and microagressions, as well as the emotional impacts of immigration struggles and other cross-cultural issues.

YouthLine

A free and confidential teen-to-teen crisis and help line. No problem is too big or too small for the YouthLine!

Call (877) 968-08491 for support, or text "teen2teen" to 839863. Teens are available to help daily from 4-10pm (off-hour calls will ne answered by Lines for Life). Online chats are also available through their website.

Lines for Life

Offers help to individuals and communities around mental health support, substance use support, and suicidality. Lines for life can help create safety plans and find supports for crises. 

Call (800) 273-8255 any time, any day, for support. Support via text can happen Monday-Friday from 2-6pm.

SAMHSA's National Helpline

A free and confidential information service in Spanish and English for individuals and families impacted by mental health and/or substance use disorders. They can provide referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups, other community-based organizations, or just information.

Military Helpline

This service offers support for service members, veterans, and their families, independent of any branch of the military or government. Free and confidential. This service is run by veterans and others trained in military culture to offer compassionate support and to connect people with the referrals and resources they may need.

Senior Loneliness Line

If a senior you know is struggling with isolation and loneliness, this might be the right resource for them. Isolation and loneliness can have severe impacts on physical health as well as emotional health. This service is run by people specially trained in working with older adults, and can connect people to resources and supports, or just listen. Free and confidential.
