If you need assistance or if you need to assist a student with a project, Google Remote Access is a great tool: https://remotedesktop.google.com/support
Since Chrome Remote Desktop does not have a voice communication option, it is common to talk on the phone during the remote session.
After going to the chrome remote desktop site, user requesting support will click the Generate Code button. The first time a user visits the site, there will be a prompt to download and install software to Google Chrome (that's ok - do it). Then a code will be generated to give temporary remote access to someone.
The person giving support will enter the code in and connect (the person giving support needs to already have the Chrome Remote Desktop extension installed)
