Our 'LEES' exhaust collectors are direct replacement parts for Cessna 205, 206, 207 and 210 series aircraft. 

Our FAA / PMA approved Cessna 205 through 210 series exhaust collectors utilize TIG welded construction. Each equal length (+/- 1.5″) mandrel bent primary tube is fabricated from 1-3/4″, 321 Stainless Steel with a wall thickness of .049″ which is 40% thicker than most OEM systems. They are designed to serve as expansion loops which allows them to expand and contract as each of their respective cylinder dictates without adversely affecting the other risers. Each collector now employs 2 slip joints to allow more flexibility of the risers. Current OEM systems use a very rigid design that usually results in premature cracking at the flanges and weld joints. 

The LEES collectors do not use beaded ends and clamps, one annoying source of exhaust leaks and always a challenge to remove. The primary tubes are routed into our patented 3-1 collector assembly where they merge through a non-restrictive venturi and flow smoothly through to the muffler and tailpipe components. 

The outlet end is 90% thicker than OEM resulting in a much longer life. Our collectors not only reduce back pressure and noise but they also eliminate the common transverse flow and resulting hot spots in the stock system. We have customers utilizing our systems with over 5,000 hours in use on the same system and with NO  downtime. 

Some of Alaska´s busiest Air Taxi Operators employ our exhaust collectors with very good results. They have very demanding schedules and operate in some of the harshest environments in the world. Challenger Air Filter

The Challenger air filter replaces the disposable foam filter media found on most aircraft with K&N's high efficiency reusable filter media which provides up to three times more air flow to the intake manifold of the engine. Our own testing has repeatedly confirmed Challenger's published data:

• A boost in manifold pressure (up to ½”)

• An increase of 1 - 2 knots in airspeed

• An increase in available power on takeoff.

• Some 200 series Cessna's have dual(2) air filters, please let us know so we send BOTH that are needed if applicable to your airframe.

As mentioned above, the filter media itself is reusable. You just clean it and recharge it (coat it with oil so the dust sticks to it) once a year during annual and you can reuse it up to 25 times or 2,500 flight hours. Since the Challenger system significantly improves the intake side of your Cessna's engine at a very reasonable cost, we consider it to be the perfect complement to our Tuned Exhaust System which significantly improves the exhaust side.

A Word To The Wise: 

We strongly recommend that the aircraft's propeller be dynamically balanced to within 0.2 ips (inches per second) upon installation of the Power Flow System and every two to four years thereafter or whenever the propeller is removed and reinstalled . If the propeller is dynamically balanced within 25 flight hours of the installation (before or after) of the Power Flow System and you furnish PFS with copies of the logbook entries confirming this, PFS will extend the warranty on the Tuned Exhaust System from 12 months to 24 months or 500 Flight Hours (whichever occurs first).

Doing so every 2 - 4 years thereafter will dramatically improve the useful life and the reliability of every component that is bolted to the engine, including the Power Flow System.

• Product Warranty:  Every system comes with a 12 month / 500 Flight hour warranty, whichever occurs first.  If the aircraft's propeller is dynamically balanced within 25 flight hours of the Power Flow installation (before or after) and you furnish PFS with copies of the logbook entries confirming this, PFS will extend the warranty on the Tuned Exhaust System from 12 months to 24 months or 500 flight Hours (whichever occurs first).

• 100% customer satisfaction guarantee:  If within 60 days from the date of the first flight after installation you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can return the system to Power Flow Systems and you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price of the system (exclusive of shipping charges and labor) once the system has been received and inspected by Power Flow Systems. • Reinstall your original exhaust (as long as it was airworthy when removed) at No Charge,

• Refund the purchase price and installation charges you paid to have the system installed, & 

• Return the system to us at the Dealer's expense.
